Distant work stays a prime precedence for professionals in 2025. In a current FlexJobs research on job search tendencies, 83% of job seekers mentioned distant work would make them extra prone to apply for a task. This ranked even greater than wage and schedule flexibility. Total, 97% of respondents mentioned they like both absolutely distant or hybrid roles, whereas simply 3% are in search of full-time, in-individual work.
